Charles “Denver” Parks is a Denver, Colorado native and studied at the Colorado School Of Mines. After graduation, Mr. Parks started his career in Louisiana as an engineer designing products to contain oil spills and limit coastal erosion. In 1991, Denver worked for MCI Telecom in Silicon Valley and led a team in developing MCI’s early version of voice-to-text. Mr. Parks was hired by Maxtor as the Director of the Dell Account Team in 1993, and in 1996, Mr. Parks started Aspen Lending & Real Estate LLC, one of the first online mortgage companies offering online loan applications. In 2009, Mr. Parks started Ballpark Holistic Dispensary Corp. in Denver, Colorado, which was the third licensed medical dispensary in the nation. Ballpark was a leading dispensary in Colorado, nearly doubling its retail sales every year since it opened. In 2014, Ballpark Holistic Dispensary took third place at the Cannabis Cup with its proprietary strain Denver Maple. Since then, Ballpark has earned over 50 major awards for its flower, concentrates, and exceptional service. Mr. Parks sold the dispensary in 2019 and converted his grow facility to focus on AgriHemp Seeds. AgriHemp Seeds is focused on developing more advanced feminized seeds for the Industrial Hemp industry. AgriHemp Seeds is a DBA of Ballpark Holistic and is still the same award-winning leader, company, and promise to make a difference in this ever-changing industry.
